FAST BARANEK fine polymer-mineral plaster for painting, roughcast structurised
fine polymer-mineral plaster, roughcast structurised
FAST BARANEK is used for manual or mechanical performance of fine, thin-layer mortars inside and outside the building. It can be used on any mineral surface that is strong and even enough (cement, cement-lime plasters, concrete, reinforced layer in ETICS FAST S, FAST W, ECOROCK G / FASROCK G thermal insulation systems).
FAST BARANEK is a dry mineral mixture with the addition of selected quartz aggregate and plasticizers to facilitate the application and adhesion of plaster coating to the substrate. It is characterized by high water vapor permeability and high water resistance after complete binding. It does not contain lime, thus limiting the risk of efflorescence.

Preparation of the surface
The surface should be even, strong and dry, free from all kinds of contamination that reduce the adhesion of the grip, i.e. dust, lime, grease, and remains of old paint coatings. In order to reduce absorbency, the surface should be primed with one of FAST's grounds. Regardless of the type of surface, it is necessary to prime it with FAST GRUNT M. before each application.
Plaster mortar can be used on following surfaces:
• cement and cement-lime plasters (after a minimum of 28 days from the implementation and humidity not higher than 4%) primed with FAST GRUNT M
• concrete (after more than 3 months from the implementation and humidity not higher than 4%) primed with LAST GRUNT M - gypsum substrates (humidity <1%) primed with FAST GRUNT G and FAST GRUNT M
• a layer in the insulation system reinforced with a mesh, made on FAST SPECJAL mortar and primed FAST GRUNT M over 3 days
• primed lamellar boards in the FAST W-G system
Preparation and use
The content of the bag should be mixed mechanically with about 5.0 liters of clean water until a homogeneous paste of assumed consistency is obtained. Leave this mixed mass for about 10 minutes and mix thoroughly again (do not add water), use within 1 hour. We apply a thin layer (grain thickness) on a suitably prepared and primed substrate using a stainless steel trowel. After a short time depending on the conditions at the time of application, we can start invoicing with a plastic trowel. The plaster should be blurred in a round. When applying plaster, we adhere to the general rule by applying "wet on wet". If the mixture thickens during this time, stir again intensively without adding water.
Tools and container should be clean. The plaster can also be applied by spraying, which increases its efficiency and shortens the time of work. Due to the specificity of the product it is recommended to use plastering machines equipped with a screw pump, i.e. WAGNER PC 35 or PC 15. When applying and drying plaster, observe the appropriate weather conditions, ie the temperature of the substrate and the environment from + 5 ° C to +25 ° C, lack of strong sunlight, rain and too high relative humidity above 75%. The drying time of the plaster at an optimum temperature of + 20 ° C is from 12 to 36 hours. Painting plaster with silicate paints can start after drying, but not earlier than after 3 days. Silicone paints can be applied after 14 siloxane and acrylic ones after a minimum of 28 days.

Store in factory-sealed packages in dry rooms at temperatures between + 5 ° C and + 25 ° C. Shelf life is 12 months.
The recommended product or the method of implementation does not exempt the contractor from carrying out work in accordance with the construction works and health and safety rules. P.W. FAST guarantees and bears responsibility for the quality of the product, while it does not affect the way it is used and the conditions in which it was used. All technical data were measured in normal conditions in temperatures of + 20 ° C and 60% relative humidity. In case of other conditions than the above, the drying time may change, i.e. lengthen or shorten.
